The program runs once a week for 10 weeks and each class is one and a half hour long which includes one hour of synchro and half hour of dryland. The synchro lessons introduce elementary skills that synchronized swimmers use to move in the water (eggbeater, sculling).  While we do not focus on perfecting specific speed-swimming strokes the swimmers are taught basic stroke technique.

Our coach-to-swimmer ratios are great, never exceeding 6 participants per coach. Athletes from our National Stream may come to these classes to encourage and help their younger synchro-sisters develop in the sport.

The accomplishments of this young group of athletes are showcased and celebrated at the club watershows. These are typically held in December and May. In the winter session (session 2) a demonstration of acquired skills at the end of the session will be part of their last week of classes.

There is no volunteer commitment, bingos or casinos required.

First time swimmers receive a free cap and nose clip.
