This program is run by NCCP certified coaches. They introduce elementary skills that synchronized swimmers use to move in the water (eggbeater, sculling).  While there is no direct focus on perfecting specific speed-swimming strokes the swimmers are taught basic stroke technique.

Our coach-to-swimmer ratios are great, never exceeding 6 participants per coach at Fountain park.  Athletes from our National Stream regularly come to these classes to encourage and help their younger synchro-sisters develop in the sport.

The accomplishments of this young group of athletes are showcased and celebrated at the end-of-season watershow which corresponds to their session.  These are typically held in December and May. In The winter session a demonstration of acquired skills at the end of the session will be part of their last week of classes.

There is no volunteer commitment, bingos or casinos required.

First time swimmers receive a free cap and nose clip.
