This program is run by NCCP certified coaches. This class is 3 hours long which includes 1.5 hours of synchro .5 hrs of stroke improvement and 45 minutes of dryland.

Each lesson has both a dry-land and water component.  The in-water part of the lesson trains elementary skills that synchronized swimmers use to move in the water (eggbeater, sculling).  Swimmers are taught basic swimming stroke technique. The dry-land component uses games and fun activities to develop flexibility, stamina and strength. By incorporating activities from yoga, tumbling and dance we offer a stimulating program for even the youngest athletes.

Our coach-to-swimmer ratio will never exceed 8 participants per coach. Athletes from our National Stream regularly come to these classes to encourage and help their younger synchro-sisters develop in the sport.

The accomplishments of this young group of athletes are showcased and celebrated at the end-of-season watershow.

Swimmers may participate in in town competitions.
